About SlowMuse Crystals
SlowMuse Crystals offers handcrafted alchemy crystal singing bowls and related services. References to "we", "us", and "our" mean SlowMuse Crystals / SlowMuse.co.
Products and made-to-order items
Product images, descriptions, tones, sizes, and colors are provided to help you choose your bowl. Because many products are handmade or custom made, small variations may occur. Custom and made-to-order products are produced specifically for the customer after purchase.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment has been completed and you receive confirmation from us. Prices are shown in Danish kroner unless otherwise stated. If an obvious pricing or product error appears on the website, we may contact you to correct the order or cancel it before production begins.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates unless expressly confirmed otherwise. Made-to-order bowls may require several weeks for production and preparation. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, force majeure events, or incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Use of products
Crystal singing bowls are delicate instruments. You are responsible for using and storing them carefully, following any care instructions provided, and ensuring that the product is suitable for your intended use.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SlowMuse Crystals is not liable for indirect losses, loss of income, loss of business, or damage caused by misuse, improper storage, or ordinary wear and tear.
