SlowMuse Crystals products are custom or made to order. For that reason, all sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law.
No returns and no refunds
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refund requests for custom products, made-to-order products, or products created specifically for you.
Custom and made-to-order products
Once your order has been accepted and production or sourcing has started, the product is reserved or created for you. Please review all product details, tone, size, color, and delivery information carefully before placing an order.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged or you believe you received the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your order details and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review the issue and respond with the next steps.
Cancellations
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. If production, sourcing, or order preparation has already started, the order cannot be cancelled unless we agree otherwise in writing.
